      1. Acute – Prerenal
        1. Acute tubular necrosis
        2. Acute interstitial nephritis
      2. Acute – Renal
      3. Acute – Postrenal
        1. Cervical cancer
        2. Obstruction in bladder
        3. Kidney stone
      4. Chronic renal disease – nephrosclerosis (secondary to long-term HTN)
  2. Cardiovascular
    1. Hypertension – related to renal disease as well
    2. Heart failure – less likely
    3. Aortic stenosis, mitral regurgitation – less likely
    4. Amyloidosis – much less likely
  3. GI system
    1. Liver disease – due to alcoholism – not likely
    2. Non-alcoholic liver disease – less likely
  4. Pulmonary
    1. Pulmonary embolism – much less likely
    2. Deep vein thrombosis – much less likely
    3. Pleural disease – much less likely
