   3. Systemic virus of unknown origin
   4. MRSA
   5. Staph infection
   6. Pneumonia
   7. Gynecological infections
2. Non-infectious – Malignant
   1. Lymphoma
   2. Leukemia
3. Non-infectious – Non-Malignant
   1. Inflammatory (autoimmune) – these are ruled down considerably
      1. SLE (lupus)
      2. Rheumatoid arthritis
      3. Inflammatory bowel disease – Crohn’s
   2. Non-inflammatory
      1. Drug reaction
      2. Pregnancy
