- Pregnancy/pregnancy-related (including normal or abnormal/ectopic)
- Normal variation of period
- Infection (yeast or STD)
- Genital tract abnormality
- Dysfunctional uterine bleeding
- Endometrial cancer
- Systemic illness (liver coagulopathy)
- Trauma/sexual assault
- Cervical polyp
- Diverticulum of urethra
